That one year we did a Harry Potter themed Thanksg That one year we did a Harry Potter themed Thanksgiving feast! 🤗 ⚡️

When my sister is an interior designer & my creative mind goes crazy coming up with the menu and all these decor ideas…. We make it happen. My sister set up the dinner table and did all the candle and ceiling light installation. She decorated the fireplace with the flying letters and all the other magical decors around the house. I spent a few days making the suitcases using recycled boxes and deciding what to make for dinner. Food & desserts were all made in house. It was a lot of work but soooo worth it. Everyone came dressed up and ready to feast. Pretty proud of ourselves 🥹What a magical, fun and memorable dinner⚡️

Yes! I cook but I also love crafting too! Me and my sister will go all out when our creative minds gets excited 😎

Nyob Zoo! So many of you have been asking me to s Nyob Zoo!

So many of you have been asking me to show you how I like to make pho at home so today is the day I’ll be showing you! Pho is one of the most well known and loved noodle soup in Vietnam. Everyone has their own take on pho and how they like to enjoy it. Here’s how I like to make it!

For those who aren’t unfamiliar, Hmong/Lao/Khmer/Mien people love to add a variety of different sauces to our bowl of pho. We like to be a little extra and will add the iconic Por Kwan instant beef flavor paste, oyster sauce, more fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, chili oil crisp, and (sometimes 🙃) peanut butter to our pho. Sauces will differ depending on the family though.

How do you like your pho?

Full video is live on my channel along with the written recipe on my website. Link in my bio to give it a try!

Or comment “Beef pho” and I’ll DM you the recipe 😎

CINDY, DO YOU LIKE PEANUT BUTTER IN YOUR PHO? So CINDY, DO YOU LIKE PEANUT BUTTER IN YOUR PHO?

So many of you be asking me if I like peanut butter in my pho….. gotta be honest… I actually prefer roasted peanuts that are slightly crushed more than peanut butter. Adding peanut butter makes my bowl of pho a little too heavy to enjoy. But I do understand the love for it. My brother and uncles loveeesss it. I like the crunch and nuttiness of the roasted peanuts just a tad bit better.

For those who aren’t unfamiliar, Hmong people love to add a variety of different sauces to our bowl of pho. Personally, if I was to add peanut butter to my pho, I also need to make sure the instant beef flavor paste was also added in. The flavor of the paste surprising works well with the peanut butter 😅 But I typically don’t eat my pho with peanut butter, only sometimes with crushed roasted peanuts if I feel like it.

What about you? Are you the “ I like peanut butter in my pho” type? Let me know 😄

My take on beef pho full video is live on my channel along with the written recipe on my website! Link in my bio to go try it 🍜

Nyob zoo! I wanted to share with you a fun desse Nyob zoo!

I wanted to share with you a fun dessert you can make for any holiday party, event, and or occasion. These are glutinous rice balls that are filled with brown sugar, toasted sesame seeds & peanuts. They’re coated with fresh grated coconut to give it a little bit of texture. Soft and chewy exterior with a sweet and nutty interior.

The full video is live on my channel along with the written recipe on my website. Link in my bio to give it a go!
