Food in Thailand

FOOD IN THAILAND

Here we go Foodies! These were the food we ate the whole month we were there!

Noodle Dishes

Some of the noodle dishes we had in Thailand. It consists of Thai style Beef noodle soup with herbs and beansprouts, Thai noodle boat, Kao Soi in Chiang Mai, and the iconic Pad Thai in ChiangRai!

MY FAVORITE NOODLE SOUP

This was the best Chicken Noodle soup I have ever tasted! Location: Nan, Thailand  (sorry guys, I couldn’t find the address) It’s truly one of those hidden gem ones! Chicken was cooked perfectly in a soy base broth. Rice noodles was topped with herbs, beansprouts, and then a chicken thigh and drumstick on top. I could eat 3 bowls of these because it was that good! You know it’s that good when you don’t need to add any condiments they offer on the table! The owners were super nice as well. Until I go again, I’ll let you guys know the location!

You can get it with egg noodles as well!

Other dishes they serve.

Of course! Stop by Thailand 7/11 for some Thai snacks!

You cannot miss out on fresh coconuts when you’re in Thailand!

TIP: BRING A SPOON WHEREVER YOU GO IN THAILAND! 🙂 Don’t waste that coconut meat!

Some of my other favorites

This was a sweetened coconut dessert with grass jelly, jack-fruit, basil seeds, coconut jello, sweet beans, cendol, colored chestnuts, topped with ice and cubed bread. It was refreshing on a hot day of traveling!

I’ll always be a Fanta these drinks!  Go try out these different flavored Fanta drinks when you’re in Thailand. Thai soda are the quenchiest! The flavors are flavors you’ll see in Thailand in regards to their fruit!

AND OF COURSE PAPAYA SALAD!

MY FAVORITE DESSERT OF ALL!

THAI COCONUT AND TARO ICE CREAM SANDWICH!

It’s literally an Ice Cream Sandwich!

Make it a bucket list to try this type of ice cream when you’re in Thailand. The bread acts like the cone or bowl. It’s topped with coconut sticky rice, scoops of taro-coconut ice cream, & roasted peanuts! It was divine! Sounds weird? Well, you don’t know until you try it yourself! So give it a go when you do get the chance to visit Thailand.

Hope you guys enjoy is post. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to eat all the food I wanted to due to the short time we were there. Most of what I also ate, I forgot to take a picture. But until we meet again Thailand, I’ll be happy to share with you all even more goodies there!

Cheers!
