Especially if they’re grilled or pan fried. She often makes them so she can snack on them, pack it for the road, or eat it as her meal. My mom and I wanted to make her Ncuav Fuam, which is a soybean rice cake that is slightly nutty, sweet, and very delightful. It’s one of my favorite types of Ncuav so I was glad she was able to enjoy them. Ncuav Fuam is super easy to make. So if you want to learn, the recipe is available on my website. Took it home & made a very simple buffalo skin banana blossom soup. Served it over some fresh steamed rice and it was the perfect light breakfast.
