Took it home & made a very simple buffalo skin banana blossom soup. Served it over some fresh steamed rice and it was the perfect light breakfast. Btw, if you’re wondering what I’m eating, my aunty got us some fresh fruit naab vaam. It has yams, honeydew, corn, jelly, palm fruit strips, & basil seeds mixed in with a sweetened coconut & evaporated milk base. Served over ice.
