Servings 6 people

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs pork spare ribs
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (15g)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper (2g)
  • 2 tsp salt (13g)
  • 2 Tbsp Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce (34g)
  • 2 Tbsp Kwong Hung Seng Sweet Soy Sauce (38g)
  • 3 Tbsp oyster sauce (Panda brand) (75g)
  • 2 tsp dried chili flakes (optional) (6g)

Instructions

  • Cut the pork spare ribs into individual portions if needed. Place the pork into a good big bowl and add in all the spices and sauce. Mix well to completely coat the pork ribs. Cover and marinade overnight. When you're ready to cook, place the marinaded pork on a baking sheet lined with foil. BROIL at a temp of 425'F for about 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, rotate the ribs around and continue baking for another 20 minutes. Rotate the ribs around and cook for another 10-15 more minutes to evenly golden brown all sides. You can cook it less time as long as the pork is cooked to a temp of 180'F or higher. It should have some pretty char on it for extra flavor! Let it cool for 3-5 minutes before enjoying it with pepper dipping sauce and rice!
