Breakfast Sausage Stir Fry

Breakfast Sausage Stir Fry. It's so simple to make, doesn't take a lot of ingredients, and full of flavor. It's best eaten with rice. This stir fry is also great with kielbasa and hot dogs! So give it a try!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs breakfast sausage links (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 whole onion (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sweet dark soy sauce (Kwong Hung Seng brand)
  • 1 tsp golden mountain seasoning sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha (or more if you like)
  • Sliced chili peppers (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the seasonings together in a bowl and set aside. In a good nonstick pan, add in the sliced breakfast sausage links. Cook on high heat until it starts to brown and cooked all the way through (about 8 minutes or more). Stir occasionally for even cooking. Once brown and cooked, add in the sliced onion. Stir and cook until the onions are just tender. Then add in the sauces and cook for 30 secs. Then add in the chopped cilantro and green onions. Stir and cook for 15 secs to wilt the greens and then turn off the heat. Taste and adjust as needed. Serve over fresh rice and enjoy! You can also fry an egg to put on top too!
